Kinotek is a small machine that measures your functional movements. It shows us how well your body moves in real life—and where limitations, imbalances, or risks may exist.
What does Functional Movement Testing measure?
Kinetisense (Kinotek) Movement Testing is a 3D motion analysis that evaluates how your body moves, bends, and stabilizes—without wires or markers.
Your results help us understand:
Mobility (how well your joints move)
Stability and control (how well you maintain alignment)
Movement symmetry and imbalances
Areas of tightness, weakness, or compensation
What to expect:
You’ll perform a series of simple movements (like squatting, reaching, or balancing)
A camera system tracks your body in 3D
No sensors, no attachments—just natural movement
The test takes about 10–15 minutes
